On Friday, 18th November 2022, the national read aloud day, all pupils of grade 8 went to our school library during their English lessons.
First, we got some reading tips from Mrs Tebben. She showed us a lot of books fitting our language level with interesting topics. Then, she read two extracts from the books “Wonder” and “Guardians of the Galaxy” before we had some time to grab a book of our choice and read for some minutes. We all really enjoyed our time in the school library and some of us will surely borrow one or even more (English) books and read them during the coming dark and cold November afternoons.
